The Avenue will now be running it’s own Mini Red Academy aimed at producing our next top class county and club players.  The players have been identified from the mini red squad coaching courses that run every evening of the week at the club.  The sessions will be run on Mondays (5:00 pm – 6:00 pm) and Fridays (5:30 pm – 6:30 pm) and will include a private 1 to 1 individual lesson. 

Head Coach, Vinny Duddy, said he was very excited and couldn’t wait to get started as all the kids that were offered places all have the right attitudes and skills to make them really good players even at these early ages.  All these players are 8 and under.

The club already runs a yellow ball academy which is aimed at juniors who are at least 11 years old.
