Open Day, Sept 19 2009
Tuesday, September 1, 2009 9:16The Centenary Open Day will start from 11am and promises family fun as standard! And if free tennis coaching isn’t enough for you, there are a whole host of activities and events to keep everyone entertained.

Music with Mummy – Teddy Bears Picnic
Sarah Coles will be at the Avenue with all the teddies for a very special Teddy Bear’s Picnic. The music with mummy sessions are held at various local clubs and are designed for children under 5 years but all are welcome, with singing, musical movement and play with percussion instruments.
Tony Pryce Sports
Tony Pryce Sports sell sports equipment throughout the South West (nearest shop in Taunton). They will be on site with tennis clothing and demonstration rackets.
Prince Tennis Rackets Demonstrator
Peter Clarke of Solo Sports UK will be presenting and demonstrating all the newest tennis rackets from Prince.
Lucozade Sports Support Team
Konrad Breeze will be presenting and providing sports drinks and food designed to assist with rehydration and energising after and before playing sport.
Avenue Tennis Club
The ladies from the club will be providing hot and cold food & drinks throughout the day. The bar will also be open for those adults who would prefer an alcoholic beverage.
Other Attractions
At the time of writing other attractions being organised are a DJ for music, a large inflatable and attendance from other Tennis racket manufacturers
